At Flairs Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
